Refund Policy

Last updated: 13 September 2026

1. General Provisions

This Refund Policy sets out the conditions for refunds relating to Digital Products purchased through the Hetman Marketing website at https://hetman.marketing/.

Digital Product supplier:

Sole Proprietor Alona Oleksandrivna Hetman
Brand: Hetman Marketing
Tax Identification Number (RNOKPP): 3372603422
Address: 13 Hoholia Street, Dnipro, Dnipropetrovsk Region, 49000, Ukraine
Email: hetman.marketing1@gmail.com
Phone: +380 68 526 42 31

This Policy applies to PDF guides, eBooks, checklists, templates, spreadsheets, instructions and other digital materials.

2. Nature of Digital Products

Hetman Marketing Products are digital content normally made available to the Buyer immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation.

Access may be provided through:

  • a download button or link;
  • a successful order page;
  • email;
  • a customer account;
  • another digital delivery method stated on the Website.

Physical exchange of a Digital Product does not apply.

3. General Refund Rule

Due to the nature of Digital Products, once downloading, file delivery or actual access to the digital content has begun, Transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where otherwise required by:

  • applicable law;
  • mandatory consumer rights;
  • Paddle policies;
  • this Policy.

This rule does not limit the Buyer's rights where the Digital Product is materially defective, materially different from its description, or where a refund is required by law.

4. Orders Processed Through Paddle

For international Transactions processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller.

Such Transactions are subject to:

  • Paddle Buyer Terms;
  • Paddle Refund Policy;
  • mandatory laws applicable in the Buyer's country.

Paddle independently reviews refund requests under its policies and may approve a full or partial refund.

A Buyer may submit a request through Paddle Buyer Support at https://paddle.net/ or through the transaction-management link received after purchase.

Hetman Marketing may also initiate a full or partial refund through Paddle where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

5. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Where the laws of the Buyer's country provide more favourable withdrawal or refund rights, those rights apply.

The exact refund or withdrawal right may depend on the Buyer's country, status, type of Product, whether use of the Digital Content has begun and applicable local law.

6. Beginning of Download and Withdrawal Rights

In some jurisdictions, a consumer's statutory right to withdraw from a Digital Content contract may cease once:

  • the Buyer has agreed to immediate supply of the Digital Content;
  • downloading, transmission or other use of the Digital Product has begun.

For Paddle Transactions, the relevant consent and Buyer rights are governed by Paddle Checkout, Paddle Buyer Terms, Paddle Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. Circumstances in Which a Buyer May Request a Refund

A Buyer may contact us regarding a refund, including where:

  • the Product is materially different from the description on the Product page;
  • the file is corrupted or has a material technical defect;
  • access was not provided following successful payment and the problem could not be resolved;
  • a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge occurred;
  • the law of the Buyer's country provides a refund right;
  • Paddle provides for or approves a refund;
  • other reasonable circumstances exist that Hetman Marketing or Paddle considers sufficient to justify a refund.

The fact that the Buyer changed their mind, did not use the Product, did not achieve the desired marketing result or purchased the Product by mistake does not automatically create a right to a refund unless such a right exists under applicable law or Paddle's policies.

8. Technical Problems and Non-Delivery

If the Buyer does not receive the Product following successful payment, they should:

  1. check Spam, Promotions and other automatic email folders;
  2. verify that the email address entered at checkout was correct;
  3. contact Hetman Marketing.

Email: hetman.marketing1@gmail.com
Phone: +380 68 526 42 31

Hetman Marketing will first attempt to resolve the issue by:

  • resending the file;
  • providing a new download link;
  • restoring access;
  • providing an alternative delivery method.

If the issue objectively cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered.

9. Product Not as Described or Defective

If the Buyer believes that the Product is materially different from its description or technically unusable, they may contact support.

The Buyer should preferably provide:

  • order number;
  • email used for the purchase;
  • Product name;
  • description of the issue;
  • screenshots or other supporting evidence where available.

Hetman Marketing may offer a corrected file, restored access or another appropriate remedy.

This does not limit any statutory refund rights available under applicable law.

10. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

In the event of a duplicate charge or other obvious payment error, the Buyer may contact Hetman Marketing or Paddle.

Following verification of the Transaction, the excess charge may be refunded in accordance with the applicable payment provider's procedures.

11. How to Request a Refund

For Paddle orders, Buyers are encouraged to submit their request through:

  • https://paddle.net/;
  • Paddle Buyer Support;
  • the transaction-management link in the purchase confirmation.

For other orders or questions relating to the Digital Product itself, contact:

Sole Proprietor Alona Oleksandrivna Hetman
Email: hetman.marketing1@gmail.com
Phone: +380 68 526 42 31

The request should preferably include:

  • order number;
  • purchase date;
  • Buyer's email;
  • Product name;
  • reason for the request.

12. Timing and Method of Refund

For Paddle Transactions, the refund timing and method are determined by Paddle.

Where a refund is approved, the funds are generally returned using the original payment method where possible, unless otherwise determined by the payment provider or applicable law.

The actual time for the funds to appear may additionally depend on the Buyer's bank or payment provider.

13. Termination of Licence Following Refund

Where a full refund is issued, the Buyer's licence to use the relevant Digital Product terminates.

The Buyer must:

  • stop using the Product;
  • not distribute it;
  • not provide the file to third parties;
  • not use the material for commercial purposes after the refund.

Paddle may also terminate or restrict Product access following a refund.

14. Partial Refunds

In appropriate cases, Paddle or Hetman Marketing acting through Paddle may approve a partial refund.

A partial refund decision may take into account:

  • the nature of the issue;
  • the amount of Digital Content already supplied;
  • applicable law;
  • Paddle policies;
  • other relevant circumstances.

15. Fraud and Refund Abuse

A refund may be refused, to the extent permitted by law, where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • fraud;
  • refund abuse;
  • false statements;
  • manipulative conduct;
  • systematic purchasing and refunding of Digital Products after access has been obtained.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Buyers are encouraged to contact Hetman Marketing or Paddle before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank.

If a chargeback is initiated, access to the relevant Product may be temporarily or permanently restricted while the dispute is reviewed.

This does not limit the Buyer's lawful right to dispute a charge under applicable banking, payment-scheme or consumer-protection rules.

17. Changes to This Policy

Hetman Marketing may update this Policy from time to time.

The current version is always published on the Website together with the date of the latest update.

Changes do not limit mandatory rights that arose before the Policy was updated.

18. Governing Law

Hetman Marketing generally operates under the laws of Ukraine.

However, mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the Buyer's country of residence or other applicable mandatory law remain in force.

Paddle Transactions are additionally subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy.

19. Language Versions and Contact

This Policy may be published in Ukrainian, English, Polish and Russian.

In the event of an unintended inconsistency:

  • the Ukrainian version prevails for sales in Ukraine;
  • the English version prevails for international sales, unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
